Week of land based travels started today in Estepona

We've had a brilliant day. The hire car costs 45 Euros for the week and Gibraltar has possibly the cheapest fuel in the Universe, perhaps with the exception of back street chippy's. It is still very much Low season here, so we were mooching about alongside the locals, Andalucians and lots of Brits. It was a long day, glorius weather ( suntanned faces) and beautiful views absorbed. When we got back to our boat, the peace and tranquility of being on the water again really hit home just how stressful driving around really is. Manyana we're off to see the Roman ruins on the beach just south of Bolonia at Zanara De Los Atunes  - approx 20kms north of Tarifa and about an hours drive for us from Gib'.

 Downtown Estepona today...

No tapas complete without a Spanish tortilla...

We just seemed to be pulled to the water every time...

 Estepona Lifeboat...

No marina is complete without zillions of opportunistic mullet...

A ketch leaving her mooring on the Marina...
 View to east of Marina...

Lanterns in the wind...

Okay, any ideas? This image is vertical in the file but appears horizontally here in spite of all my efforts - Must do better :O)
